As Director of Entertainment & Touring for Rair Aviation, Dan McKay brings more than three decades of firsthand music industry experience and over 25 years of international tour management expertise to the company’s growing entertainment division. Unlike traditional aviation executives, McKay has spent his career on the road, managing the fast-moving, high-pressure realities of global touring from the inside, giving him an unmatched understanding of what artists, managers and touring teams truly need when it comes to private aviation.

Since beginning his career in the early 1990s, McKay has worked alongside some of the most recognized names in music across rock, hip-hop, pop and alternative genres. His extensive touring résumé includes working for numerous world-renowned bands. Throughout his career, McKay has served in both tour management and front-of-house audio roles, building a reputation for operational precision, calm leadership and an ability to navigate the complexities of international touring at the highest level.
