McKay began working in the entertainment and music industry at just 15 years old. His career was shaped by firsthand experiences watching artists and crews being underserved while touring, which motivated him to build a career focused on advocating for and protecting artists on the road. McKay will work directly with artists, managers and production teams to coordinate customized travel solutions that prioritize efficiency, flexibility, discretion and comfort.

Having spent years on the road myself, I know how important it is to have a team that can adapt quickly while making travel feel effortless.”

Born and raised in Las Vegas, immersed in hospitality and entertainment from an early age. Her father served as a vice president for multiple casino resorts, while her mother, Sue Kim, was an internationally recognized entertainer and founding member of The Kim Sisters, widely regarded as one of the original K-pop groups decades before the global rise of artists such as BTS and Blackpink.

Sean McClenahan brings extensive experience overseeing complex aviation operations through his leadership managing an international family office, where he directs private aviation assets, luxury real estate holdings, investments and philanthropic initiatives. He oversees aircraft acquisitions and dispositions, including Gulfstream GIV-SP and Gulfstream G550 aircraft, while managing operational strategy, budgeting and long-range planning for sophisticated private flight operations.
